The Founding Team
Eshan Mukherjee
Eshan Mukherjee completed his Master of Finance at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Class of 2026, after studying business at Babson College. Before finance, he competed in tennis at a high level and was one of the top players in Basel, later continuing his athletic journey in the United States.
That experience shaped the idea behind MentorNexGen. Eshan learned early that talent alone is not enough. The right guidance, exposure, discipline, and belief can change a person's trajectory. MentorNexGen was built from that conviction: to help students and early professionals access mentorship, real-world experience, and career direction at the moments when it matters most.
Eshan speaks German, English, Spanish, and Hindi, and also hosts a YouTube interview podcast with around 10k subscribers. He builds from scratch, follows through, and operates comfortably without a fixed playbook.
Sreeja Mukherjee
Sreeja Mukherjee is Chief Growth Officer of MentorNexGen and Founder/CEO of Integrated Advisory GmbH, connecting global talent with opportunities. A cross-border expert in financial education, she also co-founded OAWA ( oawa.in), an Indian platform that has empowered over 2,000 professionals in wealth management and professional development.
